Replacement Policy

At Art Temple, every product is handcrafted and carefully packed to ensure it reaches you safely.

Since our products are made from natural stone such as marble and alabaster, each piece may have slight variations in colour, texture, stone lines, polish, and finish. These natural variations are part of the handcrafted beauty of the product and are not considered defects.

Replacement for Damaged Product

We offer replacement only if the product is received in damaged or broken condition during transit.

To request a replacement, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear unboxing video from sealed package opening till product inspection

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Order number

  • Registered mobile number or email ID

The unboxing video is mandatory for all damage claims.

Replacement Eligibility

A replacement will be approved only if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery

  • The claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery

  • A clear unboxing video is shared

  • The product is unused and in the same condition as received

Not Eligible for Replacement

Replacement will not be provided for:

  • Minor natural stone variations

  • Slight colour or pattern differences

  • Handmade finishing variations

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Minor size variation due to handcrafted nature

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Claims without an unboxing video

  • Claims raised after 24 hours of delivery

Return / Refund Policy

We currently do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind.

As our products are fragile, handcrafted, and limited in quantity, we only provide replacement for genuine transit damage cases.

Replacement Process

Once your claim is verified, we will arrange a replacement for the same product, subject to availability.

If the same design is not available, we may offer:

  • A similar design replacement

  • Store credit

  • Another product of equal value

Important Note

Please make sure to record a clear unboxing video before opening the package. This helps us verify courier damage and provide faster support.
